Virtual Cards for Outbound Spending (Ad Spend)

I want to be able to issue virtual cards from my Creem balance to pay for advertising (Meta, X) on behalf of my clients. This is important for marketing agencies and SaaS providers to manage outbound spending directly from their earnings.
