Update UI for "optional" checkbox

In the customer payment portal, optional checkbox require a title. It would be great to have an option to display or not the title.

Currently, if no title is entered & “optional” is ticked, “(optional)” appears alone on a line. Maybe it should appear after the text ? Or with a “*” referring to an “*optional” bellow ?
