Translate "By [StoreName]" on localized checkout pages

I want the "By [StoreName]" string on the checkout page to be translated into French (e.g., "Par [StoreName]") when the checkout is localized. Currently, it remains in English even when other elements are translated. This is important for a fully localized customer experience.
