Support hybrid pricing (base subscription + unit pricing)

Feature Request

It would be great if Creem supported hybrid pricing, where a subscription can have both a fixed recurring base price and a per-unit charge.

Example:

- $29/month base subscription
- + $5 per seat (or +$0.10 per API call)

Currently, it seems you can choose either a flat subscription or unit-based pricing, but not combine both. This is a common SaaS pricing model and would make Creem usable for many additional billing scenarios.

    isn’t this supported now with Creem 2.0 with subscription + meters?

    The thing that’ missing thought, is metered tiers, like first 10 “things” cost you $10, next 10 things cost you $7, above those next 10 cost you $5 and so on.

    It would also be great as an addition to the already existing usage-based billing - so that that at the end of the month we would bill the user by his usage on top of the base subscription.

    I also need this, but in my case the base subscription would be per-seat, plus add-ons, e.g. $5/seat + $10/month add-on
