Support for Algerian Merchants

I want to be able to use Creem as an Algerian merchant to sell SaaS and digital products. Currently, Algeria is not supported for payouts or store creation. This is important because other options like Lemon Squeezy (high fees), FastSpring (opaque fees), and Stripe (no direct support) are not ideal. There is a significant gap in the market for Algerian indie developers, and Creem's flat-fee model is exactly what we need. I have products like nasa9.com and 7aba.store ready to launch.
