Subscription Upgrade Preview API

I want an API endpoint or flow to get an exact provider-calculated preview/quote for a subscription plan upgrade or seat/unit change before calling the actual upgrade/update endpoint. This should include the amount to charge now, the next renewal amount, and the effective date/billing-cycle impact so I can show this to customers in my own UI before they commit to the change.
