Subscription plans in dev environment

For the development environment, in addition to monthly and annual billing cycles, I'd like to add a daily interval — this makes it much easier to test renewal flows and related behaviors, rather than waiting at least a month to see anything happen. Even better, it would be great to have a simulated clock (similar to Stripe's test clock feature) for more controlled testing.
