Rolling total revenue, estimated next payout, and CLI get-stats-summary

I want to see rolling total revenue (day/week/4 weeks) and estimated next payout at the current rate prominently in the UI or CLI. Additionally, I want the CLI to support the get-stats-summary command, as it currently does not.
