Resume button for scheduled_cancel in Customer Portal

I want the 'Resume Subscription' button to be available in the customer portal (my-orders page) for subscriptions that are in the 'scheduled_cancel' state. Currently, it only appears for paused subscriptions, but it would be helpful for customers to be able to reverse their cancellation directly from the UI without needing to contact support or wait for the subscription to expire.
