Reactivate fully canceled subscriptions from Customer Portal

I want customers to be able to reactivate a subscription that has already been fully canceled or expired directly from the customer portal. Currently, they can only resume subscriptions that are in the 'scheduled_cancel' state. This would help with customer retention and make it easier for them to return.
