Payout Account Setup Stuck in Verification Loop

I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to complete the payout account setup. My dashboard already shows that KYC is completed. However, clicking "Set up payout account" always opens the Business Details dialog. After clicking "Continue verification", the verification succeeds, but I am redirected back to the same dashboard page without any option to add a payout account. This appears to be a verification loop that is preventing me from proceeding with payout onboarding and testing payment functionality.
