Pay As U Go System

1. Unit-price setup
   A predefined standard unit price, against which all usage will be measured.

2. Customer identification
   Upon enrollment, each customer should receive a unique identifier linked to that unit price.

3. Real-time usage tracking & invoicing
   Usage would be recorded on a per-unit basis and, at the end of each billing cycle, an invoice generated automatically based on (total units used × unit price).

4. Up-front card validation
   Customers must submit credit-card details during signup. The system should immediately verify both the card’s validity and available credit limit before activating their identifier and commencing usage billing.
