Multi-currency checkout and ARS support

I want to be able to offer multi-currency checkout so that customers can choose their preferred currency at the point of purchase. Specifically, I need support for Argentinian Pesos (ARS) because customers in Argentina currently face an extra 30% fee when paying in USD or other foreign currencies with their local credit cards. Allowing them to pay in ARS would help avoid these conversion costs.
