Minimum Contract Duration/Commitment Period for Subscriptions

I want to set a minimum contract duration of 12 months for a product that is charged monthly. This is necessary to ensure customers commit to a full year of service even if they are billed on a monthly cadence. The current system allows cancellation at the end of the current billing cycle, which does not meet my business requirement for a minimum commitment.
