Manual SEPA/Wire Transfers (Push Payments) at Checkout

I want the checkout to support Manual SEPA/Wire Transfers (Push Payments) where the system provides IBAN details to the customer. This is important because our primary market is B2B in Greece, where customers prefer to initiate payments manually from their own banking apps rather than using Direct Debit (pull payments).
