Discounts API: case-insensitive partial code search

Extend GET /v1/discounts/search with an optional server-side code filter that performs case-insensitive substring matching.

Example: searching for off should return codes such as 25OFF, SUMMER_OFF, and OFFSEASON.

    Searching for discount codes is now supported: https://docs.creem.io/api-reference/endpoint/search-discounts

    The only thing left is partial-match search. I will update the issue to reflect the missing part.
