We're building a medical platform using Creem for payments and would like to request two invoice-related features:
1. Invoice URL via API
Currently, customers must navigate through the portal UI and manually generate invoices. We'd like to programmatically retrieve invoice URLs (or generate invoices) via the API, similar to how Stripe provides invoice.hosted_invoice_url.
Use case: Display a direct "Download Invoice" link in our application's billing history table, providing a seamless UX without requiring portal navigation.
2. Invoice White-Labeling
Invoices currently display Creem branding and company information. We'd like the ability to customize invoices with our own:
- Company name, logo, and address
- Brand colors
- Custom footer text
Use case: Maintain consistent branding across all customer-facing documents and ensure invoices reflect our company (MedINT) rather than Creem as the payment processor.
These features would significantly improve our ability to provide a professional, seamless billing experience for our medical practitioners.
