Improve data export sections of the application

We've started using the new "Payment Export" but are finding it difficult to match payment records across exports and understand individual user situations. Enabling each Activity section entry to be matched with the user’s email, and clearly distinguishing between "Subscription creation" and "Subscription update" in descriptions, would be crucial for our financial and business operations.
