Free subscription tiers

Creem already supports free $0 one-time products: https://creem.featurebase.app/en/p/allow-creators-to-offer-free-dollar0-products

What we need next is support for free subscription tiers: a first-class “Free” plan that can be created, synced, referenced by product ID, shown alongside paid plans, and used as a real billing state for SaaS customers.

This should make “downgrade to Free” a distinct Creem-backed transition, separate from canceling completely. That would let apps model common SaaS flows cleanly: paid-to-free downgrades, free-to-paid upgrades, customer history, analytics, webhooks, and pricing widgets all using the same product and plan model.

This would remove the need for app-side workarounds where an app cancels a paid subscription and then separately activates a local free plan.

This would also pair well with scheduled subscription updates:

Many paid-to-free downgrades should only take effect at the end of the current billing period while the customer keeps access to the plan they already paid for.
