Feature Request: Control and Split Withdrawal Amounts for Banking Compliance

I would like the ability to control and split my withdrawal amounts. My bank in mainland China requires a contract for single withdrawals exceeding $50,000. As Creem does not easily provide a custom service contract, I need the option to set a specific withdrawal amount (e.g., $40,000) or split a larger balance into multiple smaller withdrawals to comply with these banking regulations. Currently, the system automatically withdraws the full available balance, which creates compliance issues for me.
