Delete test subscriptions / Reset test mode data

I want to be able to delete test subscriptions or reset test mode data. Currently, if a test subscription is canceled, it cannot be resumed or deleted, which makes testing difficult as I can't start fresh or fix mistakes during the testing phase.

    Adding a data point: we've run a $1/day test subscription since late July purely to verify renewal handling, and it's been genuinely useful - but because a canceled test

    subscription can't be resumed or deleted, tearing it down is a one-way door. Rebuilding the same verification means making a fresh test purchase and re-linking everything.

    Related: the license activation ledger accumulates the same way. Deactivating a seat

    requires Creem's own instance id from the activate response, so any instance whose id we didn't keep is a slot we can't free - in test mode that's noise, but the same mechanic applies in production. A test-mode reset would cover both.
