Add a privacy API for GDPR-compliant anonymization/deletion of customer data on my side when a user leaves my platform or requests deletion.
When a customer cancels or requests deletion, my app should automatically anonymize or delete the synchronized Creem customer data in my system (name, email, profile fields) without requiring the user to submit a separate request to Creem. Creem remains the system of record for payments, receipts, and purchase history, so all transaction data stays visible on Creem’s side, while my side only keeps the data as long as legally allowed.
Requirements:
Only allowed if subscription status is canceled.
Replace personal identifiers with unique irreversible pseudonyms.
No extra action required from the user toward Creem support.

Optional extension:
Once the subscription is canceled and all payments are settled, the customer should be able to fully detach all synced Creem data from my system. Creem can keep payment records and purchase history, while my integration deletes or irreversibly anonymizes all mirrored customer data that is no longer required.
