Complete French translation for checkout (price suffix and country selector)

I want the French checkout page to be fully translated. Currently, the price suffix shows "/ month" instead of "/ mois" and the billing country dropdown shows "Select Billing Country" instead of a French translation. These elements should be automatically translated based on the user's locale like the rest of the page.
