Checkout Language Parameter & Slovak Translation Improvements

I want to be able to send a language flag/parameter to the checkout page (e.g., via URL or API) to force a specific language. This is important so I can merge the checkout experience with my SaaS app's language preset. Additionally, I noticed some Slovak translations are missing, such as "Add discount code" and the "/ year" suffix.
