Bulk update discounts for existing subscriptions

I want a feature that allows me to update the discount level for a reseller's entire existing portfolio of active subscriptions. Currently, discounts on active subscriptions are fixed and cannot be updated by assigning a new code, which makes it difficult to implement a tiered reseller model where discounts increase as revenue thresholds are met.
