Auto-recharge / Threshold-based charging for credits

I want to be able to set up auto-recharge for users when their credit balance reaches a certain threshold, similar to how OpenAI charges when credits are running low. This is important for usage-based products where I want to ensure users have uninterrupted service without manual top-ups.
