API for Previewing Upgrade/Proration Amount

I want an API endpoint (or a dry-run parameter for the existing upgrade endpoint) that allows me to preview the proration amount before actually performing the upgrade. Currently, the amount is only returned after the charge is processed, which makes it impossible to show the exact cost to the user in a custom UI before they confirm. This is important for transparency and user trust.
