Allow manual payments amount every month

I think it can be useful to pay directly from Creem a third party, like a developer or influencer from Creem, with variable amount.

For example, a developer is working on my product, and he’s not working every month the same time, so I need to adjust this amount, without wanting to give him a revenue share directly.
