Activate/deactivate/validate license api authentication should set as optionally.
And instance_id may no need if Authentication is set. Add deactivate button to dashboard if license key is activated.
because right now no chance to deactivate license key if instance_id is lost.

Or add an API to get all instances by license key, which is common like other MoRs.

If there is no chance to deactivate the license after the instanceID is lost, it is too unreasonable. We use your license in the hope that we don't have to manage the license ourselves. Now we must save the instanceId to deactivate.
Although you mentioned earlier that you can record the instanceID through webhook, we don't want to save any information. Because instanceID is not important information to us.
