Ability to delete users and subscriptions in Test Mode

I want the ability to delete users and subscriptions in Test Mode. Currently, I'm forced to create many new users to repeat payment test scenarios, which is inefficient. I would prefer to be able to delete or reset test data so I can rotate a smaller set of test users.
