At Creem, May is about giving your audience more ways to join, more flexibility in how you price, and a whole new way to manage your store on the go.
Payment Orchestration
Every transaction now routes through the smartest path available.
Higher acceptance rates. Fewer failed checkouts. More revenue you were leaving on the table without knowing it. This also unlocks a wave of new payment methods — PayPal, Pix, AliPay, and more rolling out soon. Your customers pay how they want, wherever they are.
One thing to know: we migrated all existing subscriptions to the new system. You might notice a small, temporary dip in conversions from previously active subscriptions as some customers' payment details need refreshing. New subscriptions are completely unaffected. If any subscribers hit a hiccup, they can update their payment method directly in the customer portal, takes 30 seconds.
This is a foundation-level upgrade. Better routing, broader reach, fewer dropped payments. The kind of infrastructure that compounds over time.
Payout Migration 🚨
As part of the orchestration upgrade, we're phasing out Stripe Connect as a payout method.
The good news: if Stripe Connect has been your main payout method, you're grandfathered in. We're covering your transfer fees ourselves so you keep enjoying 0% fees on payouts. No catch, no fine print. You've been with us, we've got you.
We now support direct bank payouts in 86 countries. Head to Balance → Payout Account in your Creem dashboard and add your bank account before your next payout on June 1. It takes about two minutes.
Don't leave it for the last minute, if you miss the June 1 cutoff your payout will roll to the next cycle.
