🧾 Creem Changelog, This Month’s Scoop Is a Big One 🍦

At Creem, we don’t believe in small, timid releases.

And this month? It’s a big scoop.

We’ve shipped a wave of improvements across analytics accuracy, dashboards, webhooks, subscriptions, affiliates, SDKs, and infrastructure, all aimed at giving you more confidence, more control, and faster iteration as you scale.

As always: we ship fast, we listen closely, and we optimize for real-world usage.

📊 Better Accuracy Across All Metrics

We’ve significantly improved dashboard correctness and internal consistency across GMV, revenue, fees, payouts, and balances.

What this means:

  • Numbers now match across dashboard, exports, and webhooks

  • Cleaner attribution of fees and payouts

  • Fewer edge cases as volume scales

Balances now correctly reflect all fees, including payout fees. You should see adjustments in your activity and ledgers for transparency.

🔄 Net vs Gross Revenue Toggle

You can now switch between Gross and Net revenue views directly on the dashboard.

Perfect for:

  • Founder-level performance tracking

  • Finance & reporting workflows

  • Understanding true take-rate at a glance

⏱ Time Period Filtering on Dashboard

You can now filter metrics by custom time periods, making it easier to:

  • Analyze growth trends

  • Compare performance over time

  • Share meaningful snapshots with your team or investors

📸 Share Images of Your Revenue (One Click)

Hit a milestone? Want to share progress publicly?

You can now export and share clean images of your revenue, GMV, and key metrics directly from the dashboard.

  • No screenshots

  • No design work

  • Perfect for Twitter, LinkedIn, or internal updates

🤝 Affiliate Platform (BETA)

Our affiliate platform is now live in BETA.

This enables you to:

  • Track referred revenue

  • Attribute performance correctly

  • Prepare for scalable partner-driven growth

We’re actively iterating here, feedback is very welcome. If you wish to participate, let us know through the in-app live chat!

🧩 New Features

🛑 Scheduled Subscription Cancellation

You can now schedule subscription cancellations at the end of the billing period:

  • Available via API

  • Available directly in the dashboard

  • Built for clean lifecycle management

This gives you and your customers more predictable subscription flows.

🧪 Webhook Simulation for Testing

Testing just got easier.

You can now simulate webhook events to:

  • Test integrations locally

  • Validate edge cases

  • Debug without waiting for real events

This pairs nicely with our broader webhook improvements changes!

📚 Community Resources Tab (Docs)

We’ve added a new Community Resources section to our documentation.

This space aggregates:

  • Guides

  • Examples

  • Shared learnings

  • Community-driven best practices

Built a meaningful integration, template, or resource and want to be featured? Let us know!

⚙️ Improvements

🪝 Webhook Management, Reliability & Observability

We’ve shipped a major round of webhook improvements:

  • Clearer visibility into webhook behavior

You now get more confidence that events arrive when and how they should.

🔍 Better Webhook Documentation

We’ve expanded and clarified documentation around:

  • Webhook events

  • Subscription lifecycle events

  • Expected payloads and ordering

This should significantly reduce integration guesswork.

🧑‍💻 SDK Improvements

Our SDKs received multiple refinements focused on:

  • Better typing

  • Cleaner APIs

  • Easier long-term maintenance

Small changes that add up to a much smoother developer experience.

✉️ More Reliable Emails

We’ve upgraded parts of our email infrastructure to improve:

  • Deliverability

  • Consistency

  • Reliability for critical lifecycle emails

Less noise, more certainty.

🐞 Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where payout fees were not shown as deducted from merchant balances

→ Balances now correctly reflect all fees. You should see adjustments in your activity and ledgers for transparency.

  • General bug fixes and internal consistency improvements across finance-related flows.

🚀 Closing Thoughts

This month’s scoop was a big one, and it reflects how fast we’re moving.

Better data, better tooling, better infrastructure, all in service of helping you run your business with less friction and more leverage.

As always, we’d love your feedback.
